BIN PICKING
Automated feeding of unsorted parts
In bin picking, disordered workpieces are fed automatically into the continuous flow system. Camera systems detect the exact position of the parts in the container. A robot picks up the workpieces precisely, feeds them into the system and, after processing, stores them in an orderly manner – efficiently, flexibly and reliably.
PICK & PLACE
Fully automatic processing unit for precious metal bars
Our pick-&-and-place solution for precious metal bars is a fully automated processing cell. Two robots handle feeding and removal to the SPALECK centrifugal machine. The bars go through the entire process – from polishing to rinsing to drying – and are then stored in an orderly fashion. Ideal for high-priced products where precision counts.
VISUAL INSPECTION
Automated processing of precious metal processing with integrated camera inspection
This automated solution for precious metal processing combines a SPALECK centrifugal machine with a camera inspection unit. The polishing process is fully automated, as is the visual inspection of the processed bars. The robot sorts the parts according to inspection criteria – for the highest quality standards with documented traceability.
CONVEYOR TRACKING
Automated reception of moving parts
Conveyor Tracking allows workpieces on a conveyor belt to be automatically detected and sorted. The robot picks up moving parts based on image processing and places them according to their geometry. An ideal solution for high-speed, high-variety manufacturing environments with changing formats.
